Re: AMPLITUDE: Difficulty connecting to servers.

...I was thinking that maybe the DNS server host may have gone offline on the odd chance? That's fairly likely, because Bobz had acknowledged that his server has been experiencing intermittent downtime throughout this summer. I'd suggest for your friend to enter "68.200.209.3" in the Secondary DNS ...

Re: SOCOM, Amplitude, and/or SOCOM II 7/24-8/2

...what about the tony hawk gms and tribes and bf2 account creation was that running off socom 1 to? Don't worry, those games aren't running off SOCOM I. It's just that they're using the same DNS server to get sent to the right game server. After SOCOM goes offline, the only other games that will g...

Re: Speculating on what other games might include LAN

Ah yes, there are Xbox games that say system link when they don't have it, but are there any Xbox games that say they don't have system link when they do have it? The manuals to the PAL versions of the some of the PS2 Armored Core games that say they have network features, when in reality, they don'...

Re: just thought i would comment on ps2 component connection

I felt that going from composite to S-Video was a bigger leap then S-Video to component. On S-Video, the colors are much tighter, the picture is crystal clear and fine detail is easier to observe... Playing games on composite when I am visiting at my friend's place is a real shock to me. I always w...
