Everything works except for downloading gamespy/IGN entertainment privacy policy

I tried it just now with that IP address (72.229.137.212) but still got that message again
I was just thinking, is there a specific time in which i should try to make a new account ?!

I've been trying to create an account for battlefield 2 since 3 weeks but i always get a message saying "could not download gamespy/IGN entertainment privacy policy" .
I would be thankful if someone can help me out .
