Can you connect 2 PS2 by direct cable and play over the LAN settings? I cant remember if this can be done or if you need to link through a router. Would just hook up and see but to lazy to unhook everything and see

You can level up offline. I have never had the chance to play it online but 2 times. I played it offline to get my level.

Let me know when you get it, even offline isnt bad. Im still at level 8 with it so Im a noob, but you can upgrade you're car and buy parts for it. But the main goal is to destroy the other cars.
