Re: The original No DNAS games list

Ps2 use to give out discs with demo games on it that you could try out. I remember having one and i played frequency on demo disc, with dial up, with a guy from California, but when frequency finally came out, you could not play it online. They turned it into a offline game only, but the demo game ...

Re: The original No DNAS games list

Does the US version of the game doesn't have online mode? (I don't think so) Was it possible to play this game with the offcial broadband adapter once this one was released? Online play wasn't available in other regions ,because it used exclusively to Japan MultiMatching service. I am sure it suppo...

Actually there were only a few games that supported broadband, but I guess almost all Dreamcast online games supported dial-up

Re: KDDI MultiMatchimg BB emulation

I'm talking about the PS2... Just check the Network Menu on CVS2, it mentions using a modem connection, dial and pulse and other settings. Hmmm... I have forgotten that it was released on PS2 , I only played the Dreamcast version. And it seems to be the only MultiMatching Dial-up game on a PS2 and ...

Re: KDDI MultiMatchimg BB emulation

I wish we could do something, but the NTSC - J versions of CVS2, MVC2 and other Capcom games used the modem. Which comes with other issues like apparently needing a Japanese ISP, phone numbers and other confusing crap. Maybe you should use DC-PC method, so while configuring your network settings th...

KDDI MultiMatchimg BB emulation

https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CHs-bgIUcAEPyyV.jpg:large It was a KDDI server network that was used for Capcom and SNK games in Japan and was closed in 2011. Now we have three MMBB titles that are currently running on private servers (as far as I know): Biohazard Outbreak File 1 & File 2; Mobile Suit ...

Re: Phantasy Star Universe

I am just interested if someone have packet captures of this game. I was thinking about private servers since I found out that the PC and PS2 servers were quite similar and there is a private server for PC called "Clementine" ,so is it possible to recreate the server for PS2 having Clementine sourc...
