I've also kept an eye out for this game. It does seem to be creeping up a bit in price (around $15-20 for a complete copy) however. I might try it out first before committing to a purchase.

Need for Speed Underground 2 isn't playable through Xlink Kai due to the game's lack of a LAN mode.

It's a shame that they have no plans to release the software should they get it working 100%. This seems to be the rule rather than the exception with a lot of these revival projects. :(
