DNAS forever
After cleaning and converting the collected packets, here's the actual info about the DNAS replacement server project. Currently it is not possible to pass DNAS with a game not in this list! The server will be up for a few months for testing and debugging. I'd like to hand the project over at that d...

Re: DNAS Error
Everyone keeps saying that, but I am certain that they pulled the plug on it in April did they not? In April they deleted the official URLs to the DNAS gateways. Owners of private servers worked around it by adding redirections to their nameservers. But now Sony's servers aren't responding anymore....

Re: DNAS: saving needed packets
If you can do it for Gundam, japanese players will be pleased! Of course Gundam vs. Z-Gundam is added, too. Great! That's works ,but can you set up the redirection to Gundam server? Unfortunately, this is not possible because it would interfere with my redirections for Outbreak. But I contacted the...

Re: DNAS: saving needed packets
This means DNAS emulation works quite well
Btw., I added PES6 (2 EU versions) for Christian for testing.

Re: DNAS: saving needed packets
Emulation is set up. I could only test with EU versions of SWBF1+SWBF2, it's up to you guys to try the other regions
DNS1: 149.56.101.45
I'm not sure about the correct redirection of gamespy. I hope I haven't mixed it up with the different IPs

Re: DNAS: saving needed packets
Okay, the collection phase ended abruptly. Well, we should've known :) I turned the server back to emulation, currently only the japanese Outbreak games pass. I have time to work on the emulation of DNAS for the other titles tomorrow or this weekend. I'd start with SWBF1+SWBF2. Those need to be redi...

Re: Auto Modellista SNAP Server
I take it Auto Modellista is as good as dead It's one of the projects I would suggest for the skilled starter in cybernecromancy. The NTSC-U version has intact debugging symbols, no DNAS to worry about, and a quite robust protocol. That is until you are able to emulate the lobbies and gamerooms. Th...

Re: Auto Modellista SNAP Server
yes, I know. At least partly. I published emulation of SNAP in a short series of articles on my blog. But interest in imy articles was so low I decided not to continue.
