Re: What was the last ps2 game you bought?

It's been awhile since I, or anybody else for that matter, has posted in this thread. My PS2 game purchases have been bolstered recently due to a pawn shop that opened in my area earlier this year. Even though I'm hesitant when it comes to pawn shops, I thought I'd stop in and peruse their goods. No...

Re: What was the last ps2 game you bought?

I've been consistently visiting my local thrift stores ever since the new year began and have found PS2 games on occasion. As long as they're in decent shape, I tend to buy whatever happens to catch my eye. Earlier this week, I walked into the VNA and started rummaging through their DVD section. Aft...

Re: Gamestop's PS2 blowout - All games 75% off!

I know how you feel Masquarr, but the way I rationalized it is that if I didn't purchase those games, they were destined to be either destroyed or locked away in the Gamestop vault.

Re: Complete List of PS2 GameSpy Online Status Pages

I tried Outlaw Volleyball through OpenSpy and Bobz's DNS, only to be greeted with the same message DJPlace received.

Re: PS2N ISSUE(S)

Open up your browser and enter 192.168.1.1 in the address box. If that doesn't work, open Command Prompt and type in ipconfig /all. Look for the entry with the most information, find the Default Gateway, and type that address into your browser's address box. Once you've typed the address in, you sho...

Re: PS2N ISSUE(S)

I wouldn't know if the router is PPPoE enabled as well as username and password assigned because I didn't set it up. I'll check with our service provider and ask them sometime. The router is Verizon (model MI424WR). I checked my LAN in Network Connections on my laptop and yes, the last number is up...

Re: PS2N ISSUE(S)

Did you bridge the Ethernet and Wi-Fi? Because those are the only two choices I have to bridge. I can't do anything with the Broadband Connecton [WAN Miniport (PPPOE)]. I'll tell you what I'm seeing on my Network Settings in Control Panel. The Wi-Fi IP is different now. The last digit is up one. An...

Re: PS2N ISSUE(S)

Just for fun, I just tried configuring a bridged connection on a laptop I have lying around and was able to successfully connect without any issues using the automatic settings. The only other issue I can think of is that maybe your router can't allocate a LAN IP address to your PS2. You would have ...

Re: PS2N ISSUE(S)

But I can't even get into the multiplayer without it saying that it needs a Your Network Configuration file, which gets saved to the memory card through the start-up disc. I'm trying to play Call Of Duty 2: Big Red One and Call Of Duty 3. I keep getting replies that tell me to go here and there and...

Re: PS2N ISSUE(S)

Yes, Call of Duty 3 is still online through normal means.
