After six and a half years, the multiplayer mode (Metal Gear Online) of Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence for PS2 is back online!

Released in North America on March 14, 2006, Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence was only online for one year before Konami shut down the servers on April 2, 2007.

Congratulations to the community over at SaveMGO.com for keeping this project alive throughout the years and achieving success!

Information and detailed tutorials for connecting online can be found here:

[CG] Sub-Zero, Jon_God, KowalPL, SolidSnakeBBoss, LilDevil, Ottake, DXBigBoss - Our beta testers who helped out despite the bugs and crashes and helped Ghz and I work out some kinks in the server.

Everyone here - This is a community after all, without it this project would have ended years ago.

Someone needs to schedule a game and then spread the words here and at bob's site, or even create a facebook page.

You wil only bring people if you let people know about it! Now some people ar aware of it, that's a good thing, then just plan a game soon, and then discuss about it everywhere as possible about the experience you had and then plan a new game. I'm sure for the 2nd scheduled game, you will have more players!
