Does anyone play this game online? I heard that it is possible to play it using special iso. via standard configuration file.

I'm back home! I just remembered on my way back that I got the "modified version" which bypass the gamespy id loging...

I just tested it, and with the DNS provided in the previous post you can't pass the DNAS authentification.

With automatic IP and DNS in your network configuration, you can go farther (DNAS authentification successfully passed) and you can launch online play but I can't find any servers. On the other hand, you can create your own server.

If some of you have this "modified version", It would be great to test it!

Since 2 days, I can't play online with the modified version. The login or account creation do not work anyore... Too bad!

The server used to be on gamespy, but at the time when the modified version worked, It only worked with automatic IP and DNS. If you used opens DNS it didn't worked.
And I was also able to create my own server.
I should retried soon, Maybe now it's working again.
