So, Mat_S7340 and I tested Area 51 (Pal version) with the above DNS and it is working!
I hosted the game session for nearly 1 hour and we had a good fun playing it!
So now we can say that a game is back online!

Does somebody know if this game is cross region compatible? can players with the NTSC version play with those who play in PAL version?
I think it is but not so sure about that.

It is cross region! However i am having troubles woth new dns wont connect to gamespy for me

I just tested using Qtracker DNS and it worked too. Its currently not working on OpenSpy because the game fails to athenticate to OpenSpy.
Christian's DNS redirect Area 51 to Qtracker to authenticate, and point Area 51 to post games on OpenSpy master server instead of Qtracker. That was smart.
