The second.
149.56.101.45 is NOT Christians DNS!

It's deathless.net and will vanish in the near future. Don't use it!
Ok, can I edit that in my video or should I take it down?
And can I use it till it vanishes?

So how does this work? I tried putting the US DNS into the setup disk and I still get that DNAS error.

Those Network Setup Disks are unsupported (mostly)

SOCON II, COD 2: BRO, and Rainbow Six 3. If setup disks are unsupported, do I have to use the in-game setups?

Socom 2 is currently being worked on for a private server. The DNAS part of it I assume is covered now that the DNAS forever has been released by no23. The only way to play Socom 2 online as of right now is using Xlink.

Yes, since they do not check DNAS after creating/editing network configuration you can use them without any problems.

Good job no23!

Been out of the scene for a while... as usual...
For anyone who didn't know, my DNS was run from a pos 12 year old box under my old bed at my parents house... Long story short, my stuff has been down because they were moving and never had the internet hooked up... Visited for Christmas and grabbed the server and finally got it put back together in my own house...
For whoever still uses my DNS for anything, it is now 67.249.158.107 and setup to use the replacement DNAS server. As of about a half hour ago, it was tested working with Midnight Club 3.

I work 70 hours a week making no money, so still won't likely be too active, but always lurking and around when everything breaks...
