How you can get Ratchet and clank 3 and Ratchet and clank deadlocked Online?

What do you mean? These games still have their official servers up, at least for NTSC. All you need to do is go to the online portion of the game and sign-in.
Unfortunately, neither Up Your Arsenal or Deadlocked have LAN capabilities. Once the servers are pulled, they're gone for good.
