THUG2 Freezing

When I try to host or join a game in thug2 online on snipe's server the game freezes at the loading screen. I dont know why. When I hacked on my neighbor's internet to test it ( 
), it worked but their connection is bad so i kept losing connection. Any suggestions on how to get mine working?
