I don't think Tribes was released in Europe or Japan, so it's NTSC-U/C only.

Jak X: Combat Racing is NOT Cross Region compatible i test in xlink kai (lanmode) with a player from amerika (jonsoncu644)

Yea I'm pal too. Found someone for the first time today. Sadly it was capture the flag which is problably the worst 1v1 game mode you can pick.
