BF2 Servers Disappeared??

I got on bf2:mc the other day (it was my first time on in like a month) and there was only like 5 lobbies? There are usually like 19 or 20 dedicated lobbies on there. what happened??? all the servers now look like they are player-hosted and there is like 1 dedicated one left. did they pull the servers?

Wow, hope they don't shut down the servers intirely, i havent even gotten to play online yet, im getting tired of trying to beat my scores in the challenges.

Yeah. They were supposed to shut it all down years ago but Gamespy left the master list up because so many people still played. The only thing that was actually shutdown at that time was the EA account creation server which you need for accounts... Everything still works on the servers but every lobby but like 4 are gone

Oh, trust me, i know. I did my research, just would be a shame to see them taken down before i even get a chance to play online.

The dedi host closed them probably, the master list is still up....

Yeah, Gamespy refuses to shut them down because so many people played/play

Yeah but i havent seen him around for awhile. i think he may have said something about going out of town?? idk, but i was working on getting some bf2 data for him when he "disappeared"
