FCEUltra are the only ones that i can run on a slim. Sound is still poor compared to the PC versions, but some days the controller is worth more then a sound

Heh, imo it is. And I do.

I can see why people would rather just mod the ps2 and play emulaters on it, but for me I'd only want to use my ps2 for its games and my other consoles for their own games.
well there is sonic mega collection and a bunch of arcade emulations

I wish I could freemcboot my PS2, but I'm not going to attempt the swapping as I have a 90001. I plan on getting Swap Magic for homebrew loading though, and I have the sensors blocked.

Thinking of buying a Ghost Case for my PS2... Does anyone have any experiences with this, or doing this? I would rather not screw my PS2 over, just to make it look awesome. :P Thanks for any input.

just make sure you get the right case for your ps2. the 90000s aren't compatible with the 70000 cases.
there were 90000 clear cases. but they're getting pretty hard to find. if i see one i'll link you to it. as far as putting your ps2 in the case goes, it's pretty easy. you won't have to take much apart.

You don't need a special case to swap with a 90000, just a piece of plastic and paper, shove paper in the corner sensor and the plastic next to the disc brake sensor.
