I'll do some packet logging on these two games before gamespy shut down the servers. These two FPS games are the best online for PS2, imo.

Oh just wondering because the guy who hosts that server often leaves it on for like a week :D So when I see that server offline (using the gamespy statues page) I'll check the game to see if it's offline...

Make an attempt to test out any of the games taken down using my DNS to connect. There is a decent chance they can work on the spot. Post back whether or not they are working.

Also, someone should definitely packet log bfmc as the game isn't all through gamespy and other things would have to be manipulated if it does go down.
Specifically supporting Mortal Kombat, Midnight Club 3, All Star Baseball 2005, THPS, Tribes:AA and other games supported by OpenSpy.
To connect use my DNS server, 67.249.158.107

Ok I have managed to make a packet sniffer cable to recieve incoming and outcoming data. I'll try to document carefully so its easy to know whats going on in different stages.

Stay tuned I'll have to learn abit how the Wireshark work etc...

Here are the games that I was able to test. All testing was conducted using a 60GB BC PlayStation 3:

Conflict Global Terror - Working!
Cold Winter - Offline (Cold Winter is unavailable.)
Godzilla Save the Earth - Working!
Urban Chaos: Riot Responce - Working!
Midnight Club 2 - Working!
Heroes of the Pacific - Working! (Confirmed by FreddY)
Sniper Elite - Working!
Star Wars Battlefront - Working!
Rogue Trooper - Working!
Robotech Invasion - Working!
Fight Club - Offline (The GameSpy servers are temporarily unavailable... please try again later.)
The Fast and the Furious - Working!
TOCA Race Driver 2 - Offline (Race Driver 2 services are no longer available)
Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior - Working!

Tested by FreddY:
TOCA Race Driver 3 - Offline (Race Driver 3 services are no longer available)

All Vivendi Universal games have been pulled, as Vivendi left the video game business and sold their assets to Activision.
