How does this hold up when you get 4 or more people in a room? Laggy? Or is their a sign of any lag?

@ADMINISTRATION-Feel free to Modify this guide.

DHCP on my router WAS enabled as was the PC, I have not tried without because it worked well with it.
I used the Jak X configuration when Favrenation and I gamed (forgot to add that in the guide)
I can not answer the question of more than 4 players, only two were present, myself and Favrenation.
However, maybe this weekend we can get more people to play and we will see how XBSlink holds up under rigorous testing.

Well actually theoretically it will be less laggy because there is no server it has to go through ie. XLINK KAIS orbital server. but the benefit will most likely be minimal.

From what I can gather xbslink is more purely peer-to-peer than XLink Kai. Kai is cool, but with the recent performance and stability problems, not to mention the lack of PS2 support (PS2 doesn't work with latest version), I can't blame anybody for leaning towards xbslink. XLink Kai IS easy to set up and use, though. Let me know the next time you guys create a cloud. I'd like to try to get in and do some testing.

Here is the new version for those of you interested.
It seems to be faster than the old, hoever I have not tested yet.
Good luck!!

Great! Seems like the guy is still developing it. Hopefully this fixes whatever problems we were having before.

Yea he updated it again pretty quick. More awesome is that he now released XBSLink's source code to the public:
