I really willing to play, but in last few days there was no single soul to play with me. I can play at any time, today at 6:00 pm (-3 GMT, Brasilia) would be perfect!!!

No and yes. it's been revived by SaveMGO, both PAL, and NTSC works, but most of people play on NTSC version. You need to use a custom DNS and also cheat codes (e.g. CodeBreaker) to be able to play.
