Good question. The code is in raw format and should work for most any cheat device excluding the much older ones.

It should work with OPL.
You must copy those codes in a text file you will name something like
Slus_208.81.cht and you will have to put it in the Cht directory at the root of the device you put your game.
Activate cheats on Opl, launch the game and then start to play online and let Us know!

Try also to search for Opl and cheats on Google and youtube in order to be sure.

I went ahead and patched the DNAS Bypass value in to my ISO of my disc with PS2 Patch Engine and it seems to work well.
