Re: Sony may shut down DNAS server by March 2016
The main issue is that sony own the key to their ssl connection. Using that would be illegal unless we reverse engineered it which is pretty much cracking it. The first thing to do would probably to edit the https lines of the game to http and setup an http proxy/tunnel that handles the ssl on a ser...

Re: Sony may shut down DNAS server by March 2016
The only known workaround for DNAS is to disable it on the game itself. This has been done for a few games. This requires you to be able to play backups though. It has been done for .hack and I think a tonyhawk game. Any game that is still online without a LAN mode will go down however until a worka...

Re: Setting Up Xlink Question
How is your ps2 connected to the network? Your ps2 not being detected has nothing to do with port forwarding. Whenever I had issues with that I used the manual configuration. We have a guide here for that: http://www.ps2onlinegaming.com/forum/vi ... f=29&t=179

Re: Nascar 2005
Nascar thunder 2004 is playable online. It actually has a hidden LAN mode that you can enable with a certain buton combination. You would need to use Xlink kai or xbslink to play over the internet though. What's the DNS for normal gaming? There is no online mode for it or if there was it's no longe...

Re: cod 2 (a clan has returned!) sat 26 september
I think everyone might need to be port forwarded too. I tried connecting to a game of 5 people and I got "Could no connect to all players". The only way is to let everyone know. If people show up from other places than there isn't much we can do other than schedule exclusivley here.

Re: cod 2 (a clan has returned!) sat 26 september
So there are three people in the game and I can't join because I "can't conect to host". I don't remember how many times I have seen this but this is because people are not port forwarding. The game requires the host to port forward otherwise only a few people can join. It has always worked liked th...

Posting with a US time or showing a countdown/ conversion for your time zone would be helpful. Looking this up it seems to be happening around 1PM central time in the US.
