Re: Hello all!

Uhh wat? I played on SWBF's server maybe 6 months ago. I will have to check to see if they are really down. Do you have a source on this? It may have just been your internet connection was having trouble one day when you were trying to connect. It's true, sadly. Here's the announcement. http://foru...

Re: Hello all!

Welcome to the site! Battlefront is a fun game, but they shut down the servers. I believe the servers are still up for Battlefront 2. I've been getting into it a little lately. Don't be too afraid of LAN tunneling. It's actually pretty easy.

Re: No Skype in Profile

Ah, there it is. I wonder why I didn't see that before. Is it new? Regardless, thanks for adding it. I'm surprised that the software has a slot for all those messengers but not Skype. It will likely be available soon in an upcoming version. Skype has got to be almost as big as the other instant mess...

No Skype in Profile

There are slots in the profile for all sorts of instant messengers, but nowhere to put your Skype nickname. Could that be added? Thanks.

Any more consideration for this? The idea sort of died on the vine. Thanks.

PS2 Online Gaming on the PS3

Here's a question for those of you in the know. Say I like to play Star Wars Battlefront 2 online. Say I only have a PS3, one of the ones with backwards compatibility. Can I play a PS2 online game with a PS3? Here's another question; the PS3 has wireless networking. Can I play a PS2 online game over...

Re: PS2 Modding Thread

I have a USB 120GB HD setup for my slim and a 80GB setup in the fat PS2, load time is great, but still use the disk for some reason. Yes the drives are always the thing to go. Emulators is another good source for those who own the original systems/games. I've got a massive NES/SNES/SEGA collection ...

Right, this is what I'm trying to get at; you don't need to open your console up to get the most out of it. I don't even consider exploiting the mem card a mod, more like installing a program.

Re: New LAN tunneling software for consoles released. "XBSli

From what I can gather xbslink is more purely peer-to-peer than XLink Kai. Kai is cool, but with the recent performance and stability problems, not to mention the lack of PS2 support (PS2 doesn't work with latest version), I can't blame anybody for leaning towards xbslink. XLink Kai IS easy to set u...
