YOU'VE PACKETED AREA 51? THANKS! YES!
My PS2 YouTube account = http://www.youtube.com/user/jamesxfm1049?feature=mhee

Area 51 is the best... Got it for £1.50 (around 2.50 dollars and 1.90 euros) :D

These are packet dumps of PS2 online games so in case they go down soon we can get them back up easier, due to recent events like Activision shutting down their PS2 games suddenly. Since we have a gamespy clone, we can put them back up easily (look what happened to the CoDs) but it's going to be easier if we have this.

Can you do SWBF2 next since GameSpy seems to be on a warpath?

Sure, Ill have to buy a copy of the game first. Good thing PS2 games are cheap nowadays...

Basically packet logging is just tracing the incoming and outcoming data between the PS2 and the server. By doing this it will help a lot if you want to make a mirror server. For example, people are trying to get Resident Evil Outbreak back online but nobody have actually logged the packets from when it was online so it seems they are in deep trouble getting it back online, which is sad.
