DNAs No Longer Operating ?

I just tried to connect with openspy on Flatout 2 after trying some new configurations to try to finally get online via openspy and when I try to connect it says authenticating DNAs then it says"error 611 error from response of dns server check your network configurations" (that is not exactly what it says but the basics of what it says) does this mean DNA's is no longer working ?
