Hey is Ratchet deadlocked still online if so what DNS do I use?

That game used Sony's servers to play online and those were taken offline a long time ago. Unless someone makes their own server then it you can't play it online.

They made a PS3 version of the game which has servers running, and there are occasionally people on. You can get it (its not free) from the store.
