NTSC games work online but PAL not

Hello would you be able to help me please? So I've setup the "Your Network Configuration" and cristians DNS ip and NTSC games work but whenever me and my friend try any PAL games we both get DNAS Error (-106) I've looked on the website and it says it's up so I don't know whatsup with that or what I've done wrong.

By the way yes I did patch the DNAS in the end but still the same error after 5 days of trying to fix it I think I am next to done because I've been trying too hard at this point.

Nevermind I used another program to patch it and it now works
