PS2 Online Gaming

Is it possible to play ssx 3 online? Plz tell (=

Unfortunately no...EA took down the online servers a few years ago. I was hoping to play it online too when I hooked up my PS2 to the internet only to discover the server's were down.

I miss SSX 3 so much online!!!! Why the hell did they close the server!!!!!

Because EA published it. That is what they do. They shut down servers.

Realize this is years too late, but seeing what is possible with Biohazard Outbreak being online, OpenSpy and Xlink. I wonder if it is now possible to bring it back, probably not likely and pointless, I read somewhere that online was only 2 people per game

I don't think so .Still there are no private servers for games released by EA.You know Battlefield 2 Modern Combat used GameSpy instead of EA servers ,but now when almost all GameSpy games played via OpenSpy Battlefield isn't.

Shame really.

You know everybody I talked with about PS2 online said that it's impossible to bring back servers for Sony games.But now someone almost made a working server for EverQuest Online Adventures.So maybe soon somebody will make privat servers for EA games.
