Yes, I can only get a successful connection test on my ps2 if I use manual IP settings...auto always fails.

Well I have finally reconnected to SFTOS online! I just got so fed up with my new router, that I replaced with my old one and voila! It works.

My friend is actually still experiencing DNAS authentication errors with his wired connection...gonna try and work on it today.

Add me on the agent list thing, ShipDeckSrvr. And if you are using a burned disc to get on Syphon Filter, you will experience DNAS authentication issues, you need to patch DNAS. More on that later.

I'm going to be on all morning waiting to see if anyone comes, PM me if you want to play the first three missions, i have never played this online and i longed to for a while. I'm not a noob with the combat, but the objectives are a challenge to remember after not playing for 4 years lol.

Unfortunately, I am temporarily offline on TOS...I had to plug in my new router.

But I am pretty sure I've diagnosed the issue with my new router. My new router uses WPA-2 security, and the wireless bridge I have been using with my PS2 is only capable of WEP security. Could that be it?
